These shots are from yesterday when I brought Ella on a boattrip on Mälaren (lake). Unfortunately, I got the times totally wrong so we got there ’bout 1½ hour before the boat left. We spent some time in the shadow (hot day), and we took a stroll around the quay before entering the boat (I say boat and not ship, because it isn’t very big).

With me usually being away for an hour or so when we go on our photographic adventures, the three hours we ended up with yesterday left me wanting nothing more than to go home when we were on the boat. Weird feeling. But I did manage to get some photographs, both from the quay and from the boat. Surprisingly few, though. From the 60-something exposures, I saved 42 or so, and from those I chose to show you these six. It wasn’t my best day, I dare say. And that despite the fact I really, really like the one of the flag (second photograph).

Please – do enjoy. 🙂

I am Sonya Malinka Persson. To me, photography is among the most beautiful things. There is such visual poetry in it if you know how to look.

Enjoy my work. 🙂
